Teams can pre-register individual visitors or groups, collect digital forms and signatures, print branded badges, manage deliveries, and notify hosts through multiple channels. Greetly provides searchable visitor logs, reporting, exportable records, visitor photos, timestamps, and emergency evacuation tracking. Custom workflows support NDAs, waivers, safety acknowledgments, and other forms. The platform supports multilingual check-ins and can be branded with logos, colors, and custom messaging.
