Contractor HQ is an Australian safety-technology company providing software for contractor, event and general OHS/WHS management. Its main platforms are ContractorManage for general contractor compliance and EventManage for event-focused contractor compliance. The systems help organisations collect, review and maintain supplier documentation, including licences, permits, insurance certificates and safe work procedures. ContractorManage includes approved-supplier records, activity-based compliance frameworks, contractor and visitor sign-in, online inductions, contract management, expiry reminders, incident and hazard reporting, automated supplier notifications and compliance dashboards. EventManage is designed for councils and organisations running multiple events, with event-, site- and profession-specific inductions and automated follow-up. Contractor HQ also offers Visitor Sign In, AuditManage for custom auditing and reporting, and eGolf waiver software. Platforms are web-based and hosted in Australia on AWS, with customisation and mobile applications available.
