eVisitor is a cloud-based visitor management system from Sandia International for sign-in, visitor enrollment and badge printing. The interface can run on a desktop, tablet or kiosk, and the system is described as scalable to visitor volume. Organizations can create customized adhesive picture badges with their logo for vendors, contractors, temporary employees, volunteers, parents and substitute teachers. Some labels are self-expiring and change color overnight to discourage reuse. The basic system includes a direct thermal printer and labels. Reports can be run, saved and printed from a separate administrator station in the building.
