Visitors can check in through an Apple, Android or browser-based tablet or kiosk, or use a QR code on their own smartphone. The platform supports visitor pre-registration, customizable sign-in flows, host notifications, visitor screening, digital agreements, badge printing and sign-out. Hosts can receive arrival alerts by email, SMS, Microsoft Teams or Slack. Vizito provides real-time visibility of people on-site, emergency alerts, visitor logs, exports and multi-location administration. Branding, registration fields, privacy policies, languages and agreements can be configured by location. The vendor states that Vizito is ISO 27001 certified, GDPR compliant, NIS2 ready and hosted in Europe. It offers integrations including Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Aerohive, webhooks and a REST API.
