Employees can use Envoy to book desks, rooms, and parking, view workplace maps, check in, and receive workplace communications. Administrators can manage multiple locations, monitor occupancy and utilization, automate room and resource release, track deliveries, and publish content to workplace screens. Envoy states that its platform supports more than 100 integrations and offers an open API. eVisitor is a cloud-based visitor management system from Sandia International for sign-in, visitor enrollment and badge printing. The interface can run on a desktop, tablet or kiosk, and the system is described as scalable to visitor volume. Organizations can create customized adhesive picture badges with their logo for vendors, contractors, temporary employees, volunteers, parents and substitute teachers. Some labels are self-expiring and change color overnight to discourage reuse. The basic system includes a direct thermal printer and labels. Reports can be run, saved and printed from a separate administrator station in the building. Available packages include a Turbo Color Package with a Primera printer, driver’s license reader and desktop camera, plus tabletop and floor-standing kiosk packages with printers and photo driver’s license readers.
