Greetly is a cloud-based visitor management platform for workplace teams, schools, manufacturing facilities, healthcare organizations, government sites, and other facilities. It replaces paper sign-in with self-service kiosk, tablet, QR-code, and touchless check-ins. Teams can pre-register individual visitors or groups, collect digital forms and signatures, print branded badges, manage deliveries, and notify hosts through multiple channels. Greetly provides searchable visitor logs, reporting, exportable records, visitor photos, timestamps, and emergency evacuation tracking. Custom workflows support NDAs, waivers, safety acknowledgments, and other forms. The platform supports multilingual check-ins and can be branded with logos, colors, and custom messaging. Integrations include Azure AD, Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, email, SMS, voice calls, API, and Zapier. Greetly states that it is SOC 2 and GDPR compliant. Its site also states that it is not HIPAA compliant and should not be used to collect or store PHI. Public pricing lists Essential and Pro plans billed yearly.
