The platform supports visitor pre-registration, QR-code and contactless check-in, employee and contractor sign-in, delivery notifications, multilingual experiences, and emergency evacuation reporting. Administrators can access searchable visitor records, active visitor dashboards, scheduled exports, configurable data retention, and visitor logs from the cloud. It offers integrations with Azure AD/Entra ID, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Slack, custom webhooks, and a documented API. Deployment can use an existing iPad or the optional Receptionist in a Box hardware bundle. Public plans are priced per site annually and include a 15-day free trial.
